It started back in the mid 90's when Stu was in the music business, with his first trip to Northern California. At a business lunch on a suggestion from a prospective client, he tried cabernet sauvignon and liked it. From there, the beginning of his journey started, and it has taken him to most of the wine producing countries in the years that followed. 

He has spent many years in the wine trade where he honed his palette.  Stu prides himself on being keenly adept at learning clients palettes and making the right recommendations. Stu has been personally invited by the owners of  vineyards to fly in, stay at the vineyards and tour Napa Valley for personal tastings.

He has hosted many wine tastings, and successfully made a career helping his clients build their wine collections. Stu has a passion for matching the right wine for the right occasion and culinary setting.
